We take the protection of your personal data seriously, including on the occasions of your visit to our websites. The responsible body is Automated Entries Ltd, based in the United Kingdom. Your data is protected in accordance with UK data protection regulations. Below you will find information about the data which is collected during your visit to the homepage and how this is used:
1. Storage of personal information
By using our websites, our system automatically saves usage data for statistical purposes, which your browser transmits to us. This data includes browser type and version, operating system used, possibly the referrer URL (the previously visited page), Host name of the accessing computer (IP address) and the time of server inquiry. The data is stored exclusively on our own servers located within the EU and is only used for internal system-related and statistical purposes. It is not possible for us to use the aforementioned pure usage data to identify particular people. We do not combine this data with other data sources. Additional personal data is only collected if you provide this information voluntarily, e.g. as part of a request and or registration.
2. Use and disclosure of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data saved automatically, you do so on a voluntary basis and we use it only to respond to your inquiries, to process contracts concluded with us and for technical administration. Your personal data is only passed on to third parties or otherwise transferred for the purpose of fulfilling the contract – in particular the passing on of order data to suppliers – if required for invoicing purposes, or if you have given your prior consent. You may withdraw such consent with effect for the future at any time. The deletion of the stored personal data is carried out if you revoke your consent to its storage, if the knowledge thereof is no longer required in order to fulfil the purpose of the storage or if the storage is unpermitted for any other statutory reason.
3. Cookies
For optimal usability of our websites and our website statistical marketing purposes our systems save data of every visitor that may allow identification (eg IP address, date, time and pages viewed). 4. Privacy in web analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Collection and dissemination of information:
The Google +1 button enables you to publish information around the world. The Google +1 button lets you and other users obtain personalised content from Google and our partners. Google will store both the information that you have given via +1, as well as information about the page that you viewed when you clicked +1. Your use of +1 can be displayed, along with your name and profile photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or elsewhere on websites or on online ads.
Google records information about your +1 activities to improve Google's services for you and others. In order to use the Google +1 button, you need a globally visible, public Google profile, which must contain, at least, the profile name. This name is used in all Google services. 6. How does Automated Entries use your data?
We store and use your personal data including your home address and your e-mail address solely to process your orders for services of Automated Entries. We store your IP address together with an order only when there is a justified interest to do so. We use your e-mail address only to supply information relating to orders and - if you do not object - for customer care, self-promotion to existing customers as well as business job-related advertising, which is related to the declared or presumed interest or professional activity of the recipient, and, if requested for our Newsletter. Views of information are pseudonymous and evaluated on our website for the control and optimization of product and promotional offers. Statistical analysis of pseudonymous and anonymous data records and for system security reasons (to prevent abuse) and to improve the website is reserved; you can always object to such storage and use by deletion of your online customer account.
7. Will your data be disclosed to third parties?
Your data will, subject to the above cookies, plugins and pixels of web analytics services (see point 4 and 5 of this Privacy Policy), not be passed to third parties. If you take the opportunity to log in to Automated Entries via an open id provider with your Facebook ID or the identifier on Twitter or Google, instead of registering directly at Automated Entries, you agree that it is necessary for user data to be sent from your chosen social media partner or provider of the authentication process as provided for therein and that such use and privacy processes will thereafter be used alongside your Automated Entries identifier (ID) and confirmed in successful log-ins.
Due to legal requirements, we may be required to disclose your personal information to competent German authorities in the event or suspicion of offences or misuse of our website. Otherwise, your data will only be stored in our database and on our servers. Excluded from this are our service partners, the order or service processing required for the transmission of data as used by you to pay our banks or credit card companies and other payment service providers. In these cases, the transmission is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG), and the amount of transferred data is limited to the minimum necessary.
8. Information security
If we collect data, we store your data on our own specially protected servers at sites in the EU. Access is only granted to very few persons authorised by us ho are involved in technical, commercial or editorial support for these servers. All recommended technical and organizational measures are implemented to ensure the security of your data.
We point out, however, that it is possible due to the structure of the Internet, that the rules of data protection and the aforementioned security measures are not observed by other persons or institutions not located in our area of responsibility. In particular, unencrypted shared data - even if this is done via e-mail - may be read by third parties. We have no technical influence over this. It is in the responsibility of the User to protect the data made available by him against abuse by encryption or otherwise.

9. Your right of access, correction, blocking and deletion
